Track 10 of 'Not Too Busy To Hate,' inspired by Bobby Seale's speech of 1967. The Ten-Point Program was a set of guidelines to the Black Panther Party and states their ideals and ways of operation, a "combination of the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence."
The track is largely instrumental, but features Seale's words along with 3 instrumental solos on Alto Sax, Vibes and Trumpet.
